Welcome to the online Fuel Management application process. You will need to log-in before you will be able to make application to any of the Strategic Wildfire funding programs, as well as submit corresponding final reporting.

Log into Community Project Folders.

There are a number of steps you will need to take before you submit your application or final reporting on line:

1.Each program requires you to complete an application form when applying for funding. Application forms, as well as the corresponding “Program and Access Guide”, are available on the UBCM website. Go to www.civicnet.bc.ca. Follow the path to Programs and Services, then Local Government Program Services, then Community Wildfire.

2.In order to log in to FMIS you will need a BCeID. If your community does not yet have one, you should apply now in order to make sure that there are no delays when you come to apply. To request a BCeID go to here. Please note that the same BCeID number can be used for all submissions to the site.

3.Strategic Threat Analysis Data (STAD) is required when applying to do a Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP). To request STAD for your community go here.

4.Applications to all programs must be developed with input from MOFR. The name of the Fuels Management Specialist for your area is available here. The documents pertaining to the application guideline and process as well as the applications themselves are available here.

5.When submitting final reporting, please make sure you have all of the report documentation prepared in appropriate format prior to logging in. For a summary of reporting requirements please go to here.

Now you are ready to log-in to the Fuel Management Information System and submit your application or final report. You will need your BCeID to log in. Log in here.
